Costs: - on payment of general average contributions ; - on payment of necessary and sufficient measures to rescue the insured cargo and reduce losses, including costs of goods repackaging; - on payment of emergency commissioners, surveyors and experts services, made to establish the causes and extent of the damage. * Risks of private accident" What will be compensated (in accordance with terms and conditions of insurance of the goods): 1. Damage from the loss, shortage and damage (deterioration) of all or part of the insured cargo caused by some of the following events: - fire or explosion; - running aground, ashore, flooding or capsizing of the vessel or barge; - collapse of the aircraft, overturning or derailment of ground vehicle; - collision of the vehicle with any external object; - vehicle loss without a trace; - cargo unloading at the port of distress or in accident place; - earthquake, volcanic eruption, lightning, hurricanes, floods and other natural disasters; 2. Damage from the loss and damage (deterioration) of all or part of the insured cargo, occurred because of: - flushing wave or throwing overboard; - penetration of sea water; 3. Damage from a total loss of cargo due to its fall during unloading or loading on the vehicle: - on paymant of general average contributions; - on payment of necessary and sufficient measures to salvage the cargo and reduce losses, including the costs of goods repackaging; - on payment of services of emergency commissioners, surveyors and experts, made to establish the causes and extent of the damage. * Risk of ruin What will be compensated (in accordance with terms and conditions of insurance of the goods): 1.
